Distributors (External Users) use the direct login method (username and password) to access The Learning Lab.
Before manually resetting the user's password, refer to the Distributors | Login Inquiry (START HERE) SR for instructions on how to assist.

IMPORTANT! To avoid Distributors having to wait on receiving their temporary password via email, TLL Administrators have given us permission to provide Distributors with their password in chat.
