• LBS Employees: LBS Employee Accounts are created from a data feed that will refresh every 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours, have the user ensure that details have been entered into the data feed correctly by contacting their local HR department. If the issue persists, please capture the city and country and escalate to the admins.

1. Do you work for a different operating company other than Leica?
- If yes, please advise them to contact their local TLL admin to complete the proper form.
- If no, please escalate to TLLGlobal.
