Specialist Notes:


We are permitted to update Distributor account information.


To do so, you will need to click the user's name after searching for them in the TLL, and then click 'Edit Record'.


IMPORTANT!


Adding or changing a company email to a personal email address is not permitted. See 'Change Leica Email to Personal Email Requests' SR.


Prior to making any changes, please confirm that there is no inactive account under the user's name and/or email address. Once changes have been made/updated, please create a ticket informing the admins that these have been made. Should another account be found, please refer to the 'Duplicate Accounts' SR.


Be sure to confirm the spelling and identify which is the user's first name, middle name, and surname to avoid corrections needing to be made again in the future.
