Please note that we are no longer able to update Distributor account information.


Attempting to do so will result in seeing the following when the user's name is clicked after searching for them in the TLL.


Along with a similar screen when you click 'Edit Record'.


Should Distributors contact us stating their account information is incorrect such as name, email, and region the administrators have asked that we escalate these issues/requests. If a user is requesting a name change, kindly confirm that the email does not need to be updated as well.

I'll be happy to assist you with this! As this will need to be escalated and so that the TLL administrators are aware of what needs to be corrected, would you be able to provide me with the information you wish to appear on the account?
