Specialist Notes:


The Leica Administrators have granted us permission to deactivate accounts for Distributors only. Employee account deactivation requests should be redirected to their local HR, per the 'LBS Employee | Account Deactivation Request' SR.

IMPORTANT!


Deactivation requests must come from an admin.

Unlike other clients who use Cornerstone, the TLL Administrators have asked that we
 DO NOT add/change the user's email address and/or username when deactivating their account.
 

Instead, they have requested that we leave a note under the Address of their User Record, stating "Do not reactivate".
