Specialist Notes:


The Leica Administrators have granted us permission to deactivate accounts for Distributors only


Instructions for activating/deactivating accounts in CSOD can be found here.


IMPORTANT!


Deactivation requests will usually come from someone in the Distributor's Selling Unit; therefore must come from an LBS Employee.


Unlike other clients who use Cornerstone, the TLL Administrators have asked that we DO NOT add/change the user's email address and/or username when deactivating their account.



Instead, they have requested that we leave a note under the Address of their User Record, stating "Do not reactivate".

Thank you for your patience. The distributor's account has been deactivated.
