The TLL Administrators have informed us that users should not be contacting us requesting their Leica email address be changed to their personal email address. This is a security matter and doing so can risk vital information from former employees and/or Distributors sharing information with their new place of work and/or competitors.


Please continue to use the Distributor | Account Information Incorrect and LBS Employee | Account Information Incorrect SRs accordingly for any other account information update-related inquiries, requests, or issues.


Should a Distributor contact us requesting their Leica email be updated to their personal email, please provide the following SR.

Unfortunately, the TLL Administrators have informed us that we cannot change your Leica-associated email address to your personal email.

However, if the distribution company you work for has instructed you to make this change, that company will need to reach out to their LBS commercial partners. They need to tell them to onboard their staff with new email addresses as if they are a new Distributor.
