Distributor (External): Accounts are created and approved manually by the admins and may take up to 48 hours.
IMPORTANT! This information is necessary as the Leica administrators cannot create accounts for Distributors without a Leica representative recommending it. This Leica representative will fill out a Distributor form that the administrators will review and approve. Distributors will also need to have a contract with their company for training. Please remember to continue asking users if they are an LBS Employee or Distributor. Though we should not see any or many of these requests/inquiries, should a user contact us asking for assistance with creating an account in the TLL Staging Server, please escalate. We at End-User Support do not provide support for such requests and these are to be handled by the administrators so the users asking about this can be directed to those who can assist them. |
