Specialist Notes:


The Leica administrators cannot create accounts for Distributors without a Leica representative recommending it. This Leica representative will fill out a Distributor form that the administrators will review and approve. Distributors will also need to have a contract with their company for training. However, if the user states they have a class or event to attend (within a week), please tweak where needed and provide the following Standard Response.


Please remember to continue asking users if they are an LBS Employee or Distributor.


Though we should not see any or many of these requests/inquiries, should a user contact us asking for assistance with creating an account in the TLL Staging Server, please escalate to TLL Global.


We at End-User Support do not provide support for such requests and these are to be handled by the administrators, so the users asking about this can be directed to those who can assist them.

Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate an account for you in the Learning Lab. If you have an upcoming class to attend, can you please provide me with the following information?

1. Name of the organization you work for.
2. Name of the live event you are preparing for.
