IMPORTANT!


These requests should not be escalated to the TLL Global Team, as they do not have the ability to grant access to the resource center. Only users who have a SalesForce account can access the Resource Center.

However, if you have a SalesForce account and are still unable to access the Resource Center, please submit a Hornbill ticket for further assistance. If you are an LBS Employee and do not have a SalesForce Account, the administrators have advised that you discuss this with your manager. If you are a Distributor, you will need to contact your Leica representative.
