These requests should not be escalated to the TLL Global Team as they do not have the ability to grant access to the resource center

Kindly note that we nor the TLL Administrators have the ability to grant access to the Leica Resource Center. We apologize for the inconvenience.

However, the administrators have advised that your Selling Unit contact can assist by putting in a Hornbill ticket with IT. IT will then need to add you to Active Directory as well as take other steps to give you access.
