Specialist Notes:


As we already know, the TLL home page has been updated. With this update, some features have been added/moved around to make it easier for users to navigate. 



1. How and what users will use to contact us here at End-User Support.

2. The bottom half of the homepage is essentially a user's transcript at a glance. 

     a. Here, they can see all courses on their transcript listed in alphabetical order.

     b. This is where their sessions are located.

     c. With evaluations still pending approval underneath.


To make it easier for users to find the information they may be looking for and answer questions they may have, the TLL Administrators have created the Frequently Asked Questions page, as seen below.



3. Multiple points of contact for support can be found here, including End-User Support, TLL Global, and CoreHisto.


4. This is where users can find answers to many questions they tend to reach out to the administrators, as well as End-Support with. The administrators have advised that we direct users here to get them accustomed to utilizing this page. Especially when it comes to emails regarding updated training.
