This is a status we would only see with Distributors. The training coordinator needs to complete the Distributor form with approval from the appropriate SU (Selling Unit) contact. Once the administrators have the approval from the SU contact, they can then approve the pending account in TLL.


Should a Distributor's account status show as pending, the TLL Administrators are more than likely waiting on the SU approval, or they may be busy. Please proceed with escalating these so that it may be further looked into.
