Distributors (External Users) will be using the direct login method (username and password) to access The Learning Lab. For any Distributor (External User) experiencing an issue with accessing their account, End-User Support has been advised to reset the user's password manually, using a format similar to the following.

LeicaTLL$[USER'S LASTNAME][FOUR RANDOM NUMBERS]!
