Any LBS Employee (Internal User) experiencing an issue with SSO should contact their local HR. If their local HR is not available or cannot resolve the SSO issue, proceed with escalating to the client administrators.

Apologies for the issue you are experiencing with your SSO. The Learning Lab Administrators have advised you will need to contact your local HR for assistance with resolving the SSO issue.

If you have reached out to your local HR and the SSO is persisting, please provide the following information:

1. When did HR address your SSO issue?
2. What error message do you receive when you attempt to access The Learning Lab?
3. What is your work/office location?
