For Embedded Test in courses: the course should be retaken. If they cannot retake the course, please escalate to the regional mailbox so that they may reassign the training to the user. 

For TLL-based tests, the user needs to review the incorrect answers with their trainer, and the trainer should then request from the TLL Admin to add an attempt.
