Users are allowed 2 exam attempts before the test is locked. After this, they cannot make anymore attempts without admin intervention. Please have users contact the trainer for the event or the training coordinator for remediation.

The instructor will then be able to send an attempt request to the admins after they have ensured that you have understood the material.
