Users will receive 2 attempts to take the exam before the exam would need to be reset. The admins would like to ensure that users understand the materials they have reviewed, so they would like course reset requests from instructors only.
If a user comes into chat asking us to reset their course/exam, kindly advise the user that they must speak to their instructor to discuss the material and request a reset. The instructor will then be able to send a reset request to the admins after they have ensured that the user has understood the material.
This applies to Peloris, Bond, Bond-Prime, GT-450, or any service/applications-related test.

We are sorry to hear of the issues you've experienced with your exam. Kindly note that the TLL administrators have advised that in order to reset your exam, you would need to speak to your instructor to discuss the material and request a reset. The instructor will then be able to send a reset request to the admins after they have ensured that you have understood the material. Course/Exam reset requests must come from an instructor.
