Specialist Notes:


Users are allowed 2 test attempts. If a learner has failed both attempts, do not advise that the test will be reset, as TLL does not reset tests. Instead, the learner must complete the required remediation before an additional test attempt can be added.
 

Applies to: Peloris, BOND, BOND-PRIME, GT-450, and other applicable service/application-related tests.

 

HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?


Share the SR below with the learner. If the learner does not know who their instructor is, escalate.

Before escalating, ensure the learner has completed the required remediation steps below:

  • Review the course material.
  • Access Test Review to review the questions they answered incorrectly.

    Please see the example below. Learners can view only the questions they answered incorrectly and the correct answers; answer choices are not displayed on the Test Review page.


     
  • Advise them to submit the correct answers directly to EUS or the TLL Admins at tll.global@leicabiosystems.com.

NOTE: If learners decide to share their correct answers with the TLL Admins, EUS may share the above email address with the learner.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your test. Kindly note that the TLL Administrators have advised that to request a new test attempt, you will need to contact your instructor or trainer to review the course material with you. Once you have completed the required remediation and demonstrated your understanding of the material, they will submit a new test attempt request to the TLL Administrators on your behalf.
