IMPORTANT!

The below applies if a user wishes to remove courses from their transcript, but not because they do not apply to their role.

 

If the session is outdated, withdrawn, or otherwise should be removed, the user can either archive it themselves, or End-User Support can forward it the same way we do Service Keys issues and inquiries.

 

Aperio training/products are directed to TLL.DP@leicabiosystems.com, CoreHisto Service (LBS CHSE) to lbsnus.servicecalendar@leicabiosystems.com,  etc.

 

The owner of the session should manage it.

 

If the session was never closed, the request to have it removed should be referred to the trainer/course POC. The user can reach out to the trainer directly for that request. 

 

Please know that this is for both sessions and curricula.


The admins have to confirm that the course does indeed need to be removed, and have asked for our help in gathering the following prior to escalating:

 

- Products that they support

- User's Role/location

- Name of training

- Supervisor/manager information ( especially needed for compliance training, approval to remove training)

 

Approval should come from either the manager or the person who assigned the training. This can be found in the Training Details. If the training does not match the user's role, please escalate to TLL. 


Standard Response:


The administrators will need to confirm that the course does indeed need to be removed from your transcript. Please allow me a brief moment while I create a ticket so that they may address this request. In the meantime, would you be able to provide the following information?

- Products you support:
- LBS Employee or Distributor:
- Location (City and Country):
- Name of training:
- Supervisor/manager name and email address:
