Support Category: Course | Drop/Remove


Specialist Notes:


Users may request to have a course removed from their transcript often because the course does not apply to their role. This process requires escalating the request to the appropriate administrators, who will determine whether or not to drop the course. 


IMPORTANT!

This SR applies to users requesting to remove training from their transcript, including sessions (VILT/ILT), courses, and curricula.


HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?
 

Determine the reason for the removal request and proceed as follows:


1. The training does not apply to the user's Job Role 

  • Escalate the request to the TLL Admins.
     

2. The training is outdated, withdrawn, canceled, has already occurred, or is no longer required

  • First, advise the user to Archive the course. 
  • If the Archive option is unavailable or the user is requesting a permanent removal, escalate the request to the designated Course POC listed below. 
  • If the course is not listed, escalate the request to the TLL Admins to identify the appropriate Course POC.
