Specialist Notes:


The admins have to confirm that the course does indeed need to be removed, and have asked for our help in gathering the following prior to escalating:


- Products that they support

- User's Role/location

- Name of training

- Supervisor/manager information ( especially needed for compliance training, approval to remove training. )


Because some courses require manager approval in order to be removed from a user's transcript, the user's Manager will need to be included in the requests.
