Specialist Notes:


The admins have to confirm that the course does indeed need to be removed, and have asked for our help in gathering the following prior to escalating:


-- Products that they support

-- User's Role/location

-- Name of training

-- Supervisor/manager information (especially needed for compliance training, approval to remove training.)


Because some courses require manager approval in order to be removed from a user's transcript, the user's Manager will need to be included in the requests. If the manager's information has been provided, please CC them in the response and escalation to the admin.

-- Name of training
